CPR & First Aid Training Classes | American Heart Association

As the authority in resuscitation science, research and training, the American Heart Association (AHA) publishes the official AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC. Go Life Savers, LLC translates these Guidelines into the highest quality training courses and programs in CPR, First Aid, and advanced emergency cardiovascular care for healthcare professionals, first responders, employees, and the general public.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

The American Heart Association’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate breaths and ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. The course reflects science and education from the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

The BLS Provider Course is designed for healthcare professionals and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings, as well as individuals enrolled in a healthcare training program. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion eCard, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.

Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED (Heartsaver Total)

For anyone with little or no medical training who needs Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)  and/or United States Coast Guard (USCG)—compliant First Aid and CPR Training—or simply wants to be ready for an emergency. Successful completion earns a two-year course completion card.
