About the Owners of Go Life Savers, LLC: Mark founded Go Life Savers, LLC in 2001 in response to the need for effective workplace health and safety training. Mark realized the state of wellness in America and knew that a company was needed which focused on providing preventive healthcare, cardiac care, and preventive health and safety solutions to individuals, businesses, organizations, and communities. He is a certified BLS instructor for the American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institute, American Red Cross, and Emergency Care & Safety Institute. As AHA Training Center Faculty and Training Center Director, Mark enjoys his role as teacher, coach, mentor, and motivator to new and veteran CPR AED First Aid instructors.
Mark and his team provide a high-quality AHA classroom education intertwined with practical hands-on experience. According to his peers, Mark is a highly organized, detail-oriented person who facilitates group interaction through effective communication, support, hands-on leadership, motivation, inspiration, and effective feedback.
Mark attended the University of Rio Grande where he studied Physical Education and Physical Science. While at the University of Rio Grande, he participated on the indoor/outdoor track and field team and qualified for the National Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Most importantly, Rio Grande is where he met his wife Michele. In August 1992 he graduated from Malone University with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education. In May of 2011 he graduated from Ashford University with a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In December 2013 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He completed classes towards his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a concentration in Executive Leadership at Loyola University New Orleans. Mark is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Golden Key International Honour Society.
Mark appreciates the need for our citizens to be educated in proper nutrition, physical activity, and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Mark incorporates a helpful and informative approach within his teaching methods that clearly communicates the goals of reducing cardiovascular disease, stroke, and obesity. He leads group classes in mediation that equip and empower participants to be mindful of their harmful thoughts while adding positive, encouraging truths to their otherwise hectic lifestyles.
Mark enjoys working within the community helping to build strong partnerships and collaborations that build strong youth, strong families, and strong communities. Mark’s significant accomplishments include serving with a team of leaders who were awarded over 1.2 million dollar 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant, establishing two youth wellness centers and after school educational enrichment centers, and receiving the Distinguished Service Award from the Twin City Chamber of Commerce. Mark has served or is currently serving as a director, committee member, and/or volunteer with the American Heart Association, Chamber of Commerce, local civic organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Kiwanis, Civitan, YMCA of the USA, Camp Good Grief, CrossLink Memphis, Page Robbins Adult Day Care Center, Trinity Hospice House, and Financial Peace University.

About the Owners of Go Life Savers, LLC: Michele was born and raised in New Philadelphia, Ohio where most of her family still resides. Michele graduated from New Philadelphia High School. In May 1990 she graduated from the University of Rio Grande with a Bachelor of Science in Education. In August 2008 she graduated from Union University with a Master of Education. Michele began her teaching career with the New Philadelphia City School system in 1990 and retired from the DeSoto County School System in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Michele enjoys teaching, health and fitness activities, church activities, and spending time with family.
Michele is the Training Center Coordinator, Basic Life Support Instructor, lead instructor for the BLAST! program, CPR AED, and First Aid classes. She is a certified BLS instructor for the American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institute, American Red Cross, and the Emergency Care & Safety Institute. The Babysitter Lessons And Safety Training (BLAST!) program is endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics designed for parents and prospective babysitters. In addition, Michele is also the social media specialist at Go Life Savers, LLC. She is in charge of submitting articles and corresponding with media, LinkedIn, Facebook, and all our social media fans.
In addition to her teaching and social media roles, she can be found attending safety training classes with a camera in tow. She loves to share the good news of how others are being trained, equipped, and empowered to come to the aid of fellow man through the life-savings skills of the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute, and the Emergency Care & Safety Institute. Michele believes every childcare provider and parent should learn CPR and First Aid lifesaving skills because it not only will help save the life of someone you love it is a wonderful way to help serve humanity.
Michele also leads the Preventive Healthcare coaching programs with her transformational/inspirational leadership style. She helps participants choose healthy foods at the market, prepare healthy meals that are enjoyable to eat, and is a source of encouragement and motivation to those going through the renewing of their mind, behavioral changes, and goal attainment.
Michele, along side her husband Mark, serves as the Medical Response Team leader and Group Leader at Generation Church in Jupiter, Florida. She ensures a safe environment by working with a team of dedicated servant-leaders whose goal is to keep people safe and when necessary respond to medical situations. Michele is also a volunteer with the American Heart Association Palm Beach Heart Ball and member of the Women’s World Leaders.
