Please reach us at 901-409-3841 or email usMark@GoLifeSavers.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
✅ What is CPR?
CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. It is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain blood flow and oxygenation in someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest, heart attack, or other heart related situation.
✅ Why is CPR important?
Performing effective CPR helps keep blood flowing to the brain and vital organs until advanced emergency responders arrive. Early CPR and use of an AED can significantly increase the chances of survival during cardiac arrest.
✅ Who should learn CPR?
Anyone can and should learn CPR — including parents, teachers, coaches, childcare providers, security staff, and healthcare professionals. We offer American Heart Association (AHA) certified CPR courses for all levels just about every day including Saturdays and Sundays.
✅ What’s the difference between Heartsaver CPR and BLS Provider?
Heartsaver CPR AED is an AHA-certified course designed for the general public, including teachers, fitness staff, and daycare workers. First Aid is often combined to this certification class to meet OHSA and USCG requirements.
BLS (Basic Life Support) Provider is an AHA-required certification for healthcare professionals, covering more advanced life-saving techniques. However, all people may complete this CPR AED certification course.
✅ How do I receive my AHA online course code?
After purchasing an online class, you’ll receive your official AHA course access code via email within 1–3 hours (usually sooner during business hours). However, we recommend completing the entire in-person class with us. You may choose the best course for you and complete your registration at this LINK

✅ Do I need to complete an in-person skills session?
Some AHA courses, like Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED and BLS, require an in-person skills lab (Part 2) after completing the online module. Others, like Bloodborne Pathogens, are 100% online and do not require a hands-on session.
