With a warm, people-first style and deep roots in early childhood education and professional growth, Michele brings heart to Go Life Savers, LLC—helping the team share meaningful, top-quality lifesaving training.  

Michele knows great training goes beyond finishing a class; it’s about building confidence, readiness, and the courage to act when it counts. Her teaching experience keeps Go Life Savers’ programs fun, easy to follow, and focused on real results.

Working alongside the leadership team, Michele helps move the mission forward: giving individuals, businesses, schools, healthcare pros, and communities the skills they need during emergencies.  

Michele oversees operations at the Training Site with a friendly touch. Since 1991, she’s been a standout educator. Today, she serves as a licensed BLS and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED provider, lead instructor, training consultant, Stop the Bleed instructor, instructor trainer, and social media specialist.  

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Rio Grande in Ohio and her Master of Education from Union University in Tennessee. She’s also a three-time best-selling author.

With a unique combination of clinical nursing expertise, business leadership, and professional instruction, Mark delivers practical, engaging training designed to build confidence—not simply check a certification box.

Through Go Life Savers, LLC, Mark has provided high-quality CPR AED, First Aid, and emergency-response training to over 26,000 individuals, healthcare professionals, businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups.

Mark understands effective training protects more than compliance—it protects people, workplaces, reputations, and communities. His goal is to make lifesaving education accessible, memorable, and actionable.

Mark provides executive oversight of business operations and directs sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development initiatives for Go Life Savers, LLC. Since 2001, he has held certification as an instructor with the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and the American College of Surgeons. His responsibilities include serving as training center faculty, a licensed provider of BLS, Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, Stop the Bleed training, and an instructor trainer.

Mark earned a B.S. in Physical Education and Management from the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, Ohio, and Malone University in Canton, Ohio. He subsequently obtained a BSN from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and an MBA from the Forbes School of Business and Technology® at Ashford University, now known as the University of Arizona Global Campus.
